Vytek introduces the FX3 Laser System, the fastest small platform laser system in the market.

Vytek has been known for its high throughput large format laser systems with the introduction of the L-Star 4 years ago. Now Vytek has brought this ground breaking technology to its new line of small format laser systems with the introduction of the FX3 line.

Fitchburg, MA February 19, 2010 — The ALL NEW Vytek FX3 series gantry based laser engraving and cutting system can achieve speeds exceeding 100 IPS at accelerations greater than 10 Gs.  While other manufacturers have claimed speeds of 100 IPS what they lack is rapid acceleration.  Vytek has combined high speed with high acceleration which results in much greater throughput for the end user, especially when running smaller jobs.

The Vytek FX3 Laser System offers enhanced precision and speed over our previous models, while significantly improving flexibility and reducing cost. The FX3 range is available in 3 sizes.  The FX3-3624 has a work area of 24” x 36”. The FX3-5124 has a work area of 24” x 51” and the FX3-5136 boasts a work area of 36” x 51”. All models include high speed brushless servo drives, an LCD interface with graphical job display, and a side to side pass through. In addition, each system comes with an integrated motorized Z table with an impressive 12” clearance and table weight capacity of up to 300 lbs.  The dual use table is both an engraving surface that includes a blade cutting deck with a drop through scrap collection. The table also allows for adjustable cross and downdraft fume extraction. Air assist is a standard feature. Job sizes are virtually unlimited with our standard Ethernet interface. Power options available include 35, 75, 120 and 170 watts on all models and additionally a 250 watt option on the FX3-5136
